Shipping costs are the same for all countries mentioned above, regardless of the order value and the method of payment.
2. Delivery Countries
The Online Store delivers to addresses in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg as well as to Italy. Deliveries to other countries are not possible at present when ordering at the STRENESSE Online Store.

3. Differing Shipping Address
STRENESSE delivers your order to any address you request within the above-mentioned delivery countries. This enables you to choose a shipping address, which differs from your billing address. However, please enter your habitual place of residence as your billing address. For security reasons, only payments per credit card and payment via PayPal are possible when entering a shipping address differing to your billing address.
STRENESSE uses the billing address to identify you as a customer and may - given proof of legitimate interest – carry out an automated credit check and/or billing address validation to avoid payment defaults (Data Protection Policy). For this reason, it is essential to enter the address of your habitual place of residence as your billing address if you would like the order to be sent to a differing shipping address such as to your workplace.
If you wish your order to be delivered to your office, a relative, a friend or to a neighbor, please enter the relevant address in the order process or in your personal customer account under “Your Personal Information” by checking the box “Differing Delivery Address”.
4. Delivery to a UPS Acess Point Location
By subscribing to www.ups.com/mychoice, you can reroute your delivery to a UPS Access Point location. UPS Access Point locations are UPS retail sites offering convenient parcel drop-off or delivery at a time and place that best suits your needs. Utilizing high street locations like newsagents, grocers and petrol stations, your can benefit from extended opening hours and improved convenience. 5. Delivery Times
5.1 Standard Shipping
Orders within Germany are generally delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Orders placed Fridays after 2 pm do require 3 to 4 working days.
Deliveries to Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg as well as to Italy require generally 3 to 4 working days.
5.2 Express Shipping
With express shipping, your order will be delivered within 24 hours if you place the order before 12 o’clock at noon on weekdays from Monday to Thursday. Express delivery is not possible on Saturdays.
If payment is made by credit card, the delivery times stated above may be extended by up to one day in a few exceptional cases, since goods are only shipped after the acceptance of the payment by the relevant credit institute. This procedure is carried out for the security of our customers and well as to to eliminate credit card fraud.
6. Tracking an Order
As soon as your order leaves our logistics center and is handed over to our partner UPS, you will be informed by e-mail. This e-mail will include the shipment tracking number for your order. Enter this shipment tracking number at www.apps.ups.com/WebTracking in order to track your order and view the shipping status. Please note that the shipment tracking number is activated only after its registration and update of shipment information by UPS. If your tracking number does not work right away when entering on the website, please try again later.
7. Loss of Shipment
As soon as your order leaves our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If your shipment fails to arrive within five working days upon receipt of the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer support via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on +49 (0)9081- 807 404* (Mon–Fri: 8:00 - 18:00).

UPS will do up to three delivery attempts. UPS may deliver a shipment to you or to any other person appearing to have authority to accept delivery of the shipment on your behalf (such as persons at your premises). If nobody is available at your home address, the package will either be delivered to your letterbox (if suitable) or to a neighbor. Alternatively, UPS will redirect your shipment to the closest UPS Access Point location, where you usually can receive your shipment the same day in the evening. You have the possibility to pick up your package there within the next 10 business days. After this period, the package will be returned to Strenesse. You shall be informed of any alternate delivery arrangements (incl. redirection to a UPS Access Point) by a note left at your premises and via the UPS tracking on www.ups.com/WebTracking.
